Gyeon Q2M Clay

The traditional clay bar remains one of the most effective solutions for dealing with heavily ingrained dirt on vehicle paintwork. The Gyeon clay range consists of two clay bars with different levels of contamination removal – the Q2M Clay Coarse for heavily contaminated surfaces and the daily maintenance Q2M Clay Mild. Both Gyeon clay bars are extremely chemical resistant and may be used with Q2M Iron or Q2M Tar removers, as well as with our highly concentrated Q2M Clay Lube.

Q2M Clay Coarse is the fastest way to remove heavy contamination like tar, organic sediments and industrial fallout or overspray. Recommended for use on paintwork prior to a paint correction process, as it may leave slight marring. Designed for advanced enthusiasts and detailing professionals.

Q2M Clay Mild has been designed to be completely safe on all types of paint, effectively removing all types of contamination even on the softest paints. Its light colour helps to spot any removed contamination and kneed the clay bar accordingly.

Application

Thoroughly wash panels beforehand with Q2M Bathe or Autoshampoo As.

Shape the clay into a palm-sized piece.

Spray Q2M Clay Lube or Clay Spray Cls or onto the surface and clay.

Move the clay over the surface without pressure until it is smooth and clean.

Knead the dirt on the clay to the inside until the surface is clean again.

Clay can be used until it is almost saturated with dirt particles.

To prevent drying out, moisten the clay after use and store in the box.

Seal with 1K-Nano, Q2M Wax or similar product.
